The Directors

Michael Wolff – over thirty years manufacturing experience, director of SR Gent PLC from 1991 to 1997 supplying over £100m of clothing to M&S, formed the Fielding Group in 1996 and merged with Unidoor creating the enlarged Fielding Group that exists today. Michael is MD of the Fielding Group where he has developed strategic offshore manufacturing facilities in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and China.

Damian Hopkins – has been involved in the manufacture, wholesale and brand development of clothing since 1990 when he established his first childrenswear wholesale business which he sold in 2000. He established Thumbprint in 2000 to leverage celebrity and lifestyle brands with clothing. He sold his business to the Fielding Group in 2004 and became Commercial Director driving new sales development and innovative new projects for the group such as the implementation of Fairtrade.

Ken Clarke - qualified as a Management Accountant, has worked in the clothing industry for over thirty years. Joint MD of Bairdwear Ltd, the Ladieswear division of William Baird PLC supplying M&S, then became MD of the Childrenswear, setting up a separate schoolwear business in 1993 which was then sold to Unidoor in 1997. Currently MD of the Fielding Group's schoolwear division based in Scotland.

Peter Tuch – chartered accountant and partner at Andersons specialising in corporate recovery, M&A, from 1983 to 1996. Acquired The Fielding Group from the founding family in 1996 and was appointed CEO. Peter relinquished the role of Chief Executive at the Fielding Group in March 2009 to pursue other interests, he remains Chairman.
