TFG operates its own manufacturing facilities in addition to its sourcing offices; this business is known as Hela Clothing. Hela has been a wholly owned subsidiary of TFG since 2005 and is based in Sri Lanka. It has steadily grown under the management of the Sri Lankan team to a business that in 2010 operates from five factories on the island and employs 4,500 people. Hela has a capacity of over 1m pieces per month. They have a strong CSR policy with ETI registration and Fairtrade approval.

Hela will also be opening a new factory in Chittagong, Bangladesh in 2011 to concentrate on lightweight woven production.
